Maidevil Quiroz Launches “Amazing Queens” Movement to Transform Female Entrepreneurship in the U.S.

The initiative aims to create safe, collaborative, and empathetic spaces where women entrepreneurs can grow with authenticity and financial freedom

In 2024, business mentor and strategist Maidevil Quiroz launched “Amazing Queens,” a community designed to support women entrepreneurs in the United States through a human-centered, empathetic, and transformative lens. The initiative was born from the urgent need for spaces that recognize the multifaceted nature of women—as mothers, leaders, professionals, and creators.

Unlike traditional business communities often shaped by male-dominated, results-only models, Amazing Queens is rooted in a philosophy that links entrepreneurship with emotional well-being, financial freedom, and personal development. “For us, entrepreneurship is not just about monetizing. It’s about creating safety, stability, creative expression, and conscious decision-making for ourselves and our families,” says Quiroz.

Since its inception, the movement has held over six gatherings in cities like Miami, Orlando, New Jersey, and New York, bringing together nearly 1,000 women entrepreneurs. More than just numbers, these gatherings have fostered strategic alliances, emotional support networks, and long-lasting business collaborations. The initiative is built on a comprehensive support methodology—where emotions are validated, vulnerabilities are shared, and female visibility and leadership are actively strengthened.

As Quiroz puts it, “Women are not just business. We are vision, intuition, cycles, and emotion. We need spaces where that is honored—not suppressed. Amazing Queens is that safe space to grow, learn, and thrive—together.”

The 2025 plan includes a national tour across several U.S. cities and the launch of a podcast featuring educational and emotional content to expand the movement’s message and strengthen its presence in the Hispanic-American entrepreneurial ecosystem.

Through this initiative, Maidevil Quiroz reaffirms her commitment to training, developing, and including women in the business world, aligning her work with core principles of talent development and leadership that define her career as a benchmark in business education programs.
