Melissa Meza is the director of GG homes and co-founder of Rising Up Residential, a startup non-profit that focuses on creating sustainable micro-housing to help combat the homeless crisis. She has almost two decades of experience in the real estate industry, where she has been a business owner, fix and flip investor, landlord, and an operator for both private equity and large hedge funds. Her current objective is to take the for-profit business model used by real estate investment firms across the world and pivot to a non-profit model to give back to the Southern California community, in particular its local veterans and single mothers experiencing homelessness. Furthermore, Melissa would love to scale this model in other urban metro areas across the United States.

Daniel also runs ConnectD, a business consulting and marketing firm with the objective of helping small and medium size businesses turn their ideas into action. As someone who was recognized for his work as a sales representative since he began his career, Daniel’s goal this year is to help at least 12 sales representatives make life changing money and in doing so inspire them to multiply their success by helping others.

He has led training courses at CERN, the European Organization for Nuclear Research, specifically around databases and compiling research at scale for the greater good of the planet. Additionally, his consulting and training services have been employed by Saudi Aramco, the largest private company in the world, and other reputable enterprises. During his many years as a software engineer, he kept noticing flaws in his organization. At 23, he built his facility motivated by his experience with clients who loved to train with him. In addition, he understands the equestrian sport so this made it easy for him to train other equine athletes. Limitless Performance is more a family than a facility where every client feels valued in a fun and amazing environment. Mikerlange’s goals moving forward include continuing to provide an unparalleled experience to each and every single client that walks through their doors, and to keep on growing within the equestrian community. During the COVID-19 pandemic, Mikerlange was able to protect his staff and clients, and took the opportunity to improve the facility. In addition, he is currently working on opening another training facility in San Francisco, California in order to continue the limitless movement in the West Coast.

Ocala Barber started Truth Nation Clothing, a clothing brand, in 2017. He became a barber and opened his own barbershop, High Class Barber Spa, in 2019. He was able to expand and open a second location, High Class Beauty Spa, in 2020. Having a clothing brand had always been a dream for him, and he obtained the skills of barbershop after years of cutting his little brothers’ hair growing up. During the COVID-19 pandemic, his industry was deemed non-essential and they were forced to shut their doors. But they are thankfully back up and running and he was still able to continue to expand. Ocala’s biggest goal for 2021 is to watch his businesses grow, have his brands grow across the world, and help others achieve their goals every day.

A person who understands this fully is Kristina Centnere creator of SocialCow, which is an agency specializing in digital and neuromarketing that helps wellness-related businesses grow strategically. Kristina had the roots of this business planted very early on in her life. From a young age, she watched how people made decisions and how this was affected by marketing tactics. Soon after launching his company, he created a webpage and acquired a software that has helped him to reach more than 200 clients.
