Since childhood, Francisco showed signs of extreme introversion, struggling with attention deficit, hyperactivity, and social phobia. Despite his challenges, baseball was his passion and his refuge. However, when the opportunity for a professional career in this sport knocked on his door, he chose to reject it so as not to leave his family and face his fears of interacting with new people.
“I abandoned baseball because I didn’t want to leave my family and much less wanted to go to the United States alone. The thought of interacting with new people terrified me. I left my lifelong dream shattered by my phobia.” Francisco shares.
Determined to overcome his limitations, Francisco entered the world of modeling and television, but it was his experience in a job interview that marked a turning point. Upon receiving criticism about his communication skills, he vowed to improve in that regard. This personal challenge led him to immerse himself in the study of communication, obtaining training at prominent institutions and becoming an expert in public speaking and leadership.
“I decided to study what was my greatest weakness: communication. I was very dedicated to learning, I watched television programs, I studied at universities such as TEC de Monterrey, Harvard, and UNIR, and others,” recounts Franciso.
Currently, Francisco runs a successful company called VozzIT, which is dedicated to providing training in public speaking, persuasive communication, leadership, stage fright, and body language.
“We give talks, conferences, and courses, as well as advice and mentoring to companies, businessmen, entrepreneurs, politicians, athletes, and professionals.” Francisco explains.
His motivation to start this business came from his desire to help others overcome the same obstacles he faced. Inspired by his experience as a television presenter and his passion for teaching, he founded VozzIT to provide training and mentoring to individuals and companies in key areas of communication.
“Today I have already impacted more than 80 thousand people throughout Latin America, we have worked with more than 70 companies nationally and internationally,” says Francisco.
On his entrepreneurial path, Francisco has faced significant challenges, including financial difficulties, market mistrust, and the importance of marketing. However, his resilient mindset and focus on personal growth have been instrumental in overcoming these obstacles.

“You have to be deaf to the fools and an apprentice to the wise. The fool will tell you that you can’t, the wise man will guide you along the way. With the wrong mentality your business will never grow,” Francisco emphasizes.
Looking to the future, Francisco plans to expand VozzIT to other countries in Latin America and the United States, as well as delegate administrative responsibilities so he can focus on his passion for giving conferences and talks around the world.
