Adebayo Adebowale, Also Known as Bayo, Is The Real Estate Investor, Agent, Speaker, Author & Entrepreneur Who is Positively Impacting The Lives Of Thousands Of People Through His Business

The truth is that life can be tough, business can be hard-hitting and success comes with challenges. What separates those who can hold their own and keep going in times of adversity is a cluster of habits that center on resilience. There are many inspiring examples of those who overcame hardship to achieve amazing success. These individuals show how there’s no place so far down you can’t come back from it.

Adebayo Adebowale is one of them. Also known as Bayo, he is a real estate entrepreneur, investor and author of the book “Lessons from My Dad: Six Principles for Building a Successful Life”, which will be launched on March 4th.

His success story is quite interesting. Bayo is an immigrant who moved to the United States from Nigeria 11 years ago. He became a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner but always had a strong passion for real estate, so started learning real estate investing in 2014 and soon decided to become a real estate agent as well in Houston, Texas.

“I’ve been investing in real estate since 2015. Now I own several investment properties and am putting plans to purchase a 100 unit multifamily apartment builder. I have a strong passion for helping others pursue their greatest potentials through motivation, inspiration and empowering words and activities”, Bayo explains.

What’s more, he is also the founder of the non profit Empower Future, where he and his team of leaders help others reach their greatest potential, and the CEO of ABIARI LLC, a real estate consulting and coaching company. Currently, Bayo has risen to become a real estate industry leader in Houston, Texas,  and Houston Texas suburb markets of Katy, Richmond, Cypress and Fulshear Texas.

“I was motivated to start working in this industry because I wanted to control my time and thrive in my gift. Also the motivation was to help as many families as possible through those I employ. By employing them, they are able to provide for their families. The inspiration for me comes from the ability to build wealth through real estate and also to help people build wealth through real estate”, he adds.

To get where he is today, Bayo had faced some difficulties and major challenges. He immigrated to the US with little to no money but with a dream and huge potential. He had to figure out life and business on his own, but he never gave up. Quite the opposite. In order to succeed he used a powerful weapon: his faith in God. Bayo always knew that there was a greater purpose and destiny in his future, so he worked really hard in order to achieve the life of his dreams.

Another biggest obstacle he faced was the death of his father in 2006. Bayo was very close to him, who was a major part of his formative years. After his loss, Bayo had to discover who he was and learn to navigate life without his biggest menthor. Now, he is publishing his first book called “Lessons from My Dad: Six Principles For Building a Successful Life”, as a way to honor him and remember his powerful legacy.

I had to figure out life on my own, and for me to have been able to create the life that I live now and the opportunities that is still in my future it’s a story that I am willing to tell to several thousands and even millions of people that can learn from this story. It doesn’t matter where you start from, what matters is where you are going so as much as you have been through obstacles and setbacks and failures in your past or you are not proud of some things you have done, you can rewrite your story”, Bayo shares.

He is currently working on purchasing a multi-family apartment building so he’s working on it every single day.  Over the last couple of years Bayo has been buying single family properties, fixing and flipping, owning some rentals, but now the biggest goal for 2023 is to buy an apartment building.

“I knew when I have the opportunity to make money I will invest my money in real estate and apartment buildings and that is actually what I did. Work is in the process and I am putting plans together now, discussing mortgage broker, going through my personal financial statements and to see how many units we can qualify for and then we’ll start shopping. So the dream is alive and that’s what we are working on right now!”, Bayo details.

Without a doubt, his story is a source of hard work, resilience and inspiration not only to entrepreneurs, but to all of us. To find out more about his work, check out his website here. You can also follow Bayo on Instagram here.
